Active MO License

Clinic : Monday to Friday 8A - 5P

Call : 24 hr on-call coverage weekends

Dates needing covered :

Aug 1-5

Aug 29-Sept 3

Sept 6-9

Sept 12-16

Oct 3-7

Oct 10-14

Nov 21-23 Thanksgiving Week

Duties : Primarily Hematology patients

Procedures : Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow

Call Type : beeper with some consultation.

Call Back : 1 - 4 consults per weekend

Admissions : patients admitted to hospitalist service

Hospital and / Clinic : Clinic (Hospital on-call weekend only)
