Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of AI and innovation technologies, particularly in the context of the education technology landscape. Applicants for the VP, AI Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' leadership experience in product management and technology, with a total of 15 years in the field. A proven track record of delivering successful products to market, experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams are required.
