Job Opening : Loan Processor & Closer – Consumer & Mortgage Lending

Our customer is a well-established financial institution seeking an experienced Loan Processor & Closer to join their close-knit team. If you're someone who values stability, takes pride in detailed, accurate work, and prefers family friendly work environment, please send your resume.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and close consumer and mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
  • Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID rules and regulatory requirements
  • Manage a steady pipeline of loans
  • Manage loan bookings and prepare of monthly and quarterly reports for Bank Directors
  • Experience with commercial loan processing and closing is a plus, but not required

Who We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in loan processing and closing (consumer and mortgage required)
  • Strong understanding of early estimating and disclosure of costs
  • Familiarity with compliance practices
  • Comfortable in a role that values consistency, accuracy, and teamwork
