Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Python and related frameworks.
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.
Collaborate with UX / UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adhering to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment effectively and efficiently.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 10 years of professional experience in Python development.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with front-end technologies such as Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.

Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Bedrock is a MUST
