Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shift : Full-Time – All Shifts Available

Salary : Up to $21 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing Personalized Care : Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Promoting Comfort and Safety : Monitor physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
• Fostering Connections : Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy living environment.
• Accurate Documentation : Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities to ensure seamless communication among the care team.
• Collaborating with the Team : Partner with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life : Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being tailored to their unique needs and interests.
