Service Coordinator – Technical Scheduling & Support | Long-Term Contract | Carrollton, TX

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to support a busy Technical Service department. This long-term contract role offers the potential for temp-to-hire and is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Location : Carrollton, TX | 100% Onsite

Pay : $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (BOE)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Type : Long-Term Contract with Temp-to-Hire Potential

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule and manage preventative maintenance for major customers
Process extended warranty claims accurately and on time
Coordinate installation scheduling using internal tools and systems
Respond to customer service requests and plan technician assignments accordingly
Prioritize tasks to ensure high service levels and smooth technical operations

Requirements to Qualify

3+ years of advanced administrative experience—ideally in a technical / service-based environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Ability to manage competing tasks with precision and professionalism

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and customer needs
