Responsibilities + Duties :

  • Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience
  • Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
  • Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
  • Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
  • Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash
  • Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning / re-stocking duties
  • Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
  • Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
  • Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
  • Run food and drinks to guests' tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed
  • Help teammates out wherever possible
  • Learn something new everyday
