Job Description
Responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development Management :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Create and present business proposals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Service Management :
- Oversee service delivery and customer support operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze service metrics
- Handle escalated customer issues Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor business development and service teams
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Provide training and development opportunities
- Foster a customer-centric culture
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of business development experience3+ years of service management experienceProven track record in sales and account management Skills Required :Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic planning and analytical capabilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Preferred Qualifications :MBA or relevant advanced degreeIndustry-specific certificationsExperience with service optimization toolsAdditional Information
