EHSS Manager

We are a leading food and beverage warehousing and distribution company, where safety and security are at the core of how we serve our customers and support our people. We are seeking a dynamic EHSS Manager to strengthen and scale our safety, security, and crisis management programs across the Pacific Division.

Position Summary

The EHSS Manager will lead environmental, health, safety, and security initiatives across multiple warehouse and distribution centers in the Pacific Division. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, this highly visible leadership role ensures regulatory compliance, fosters a proactive safety culture, oversees physical security measures, and leads crisis management planning. The role has a significant impact on associate safety, operational resilience, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and oversee EHSS programs in compliance with OSHA, Cal / OSHA, WA L&I, OR OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive corrective action plans
• Maintain required records, permits, and reports for all local, state, and federal agencies
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, reporting, and remediation
