We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the team and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling technical or industrial products / services and a strong track record of building relationships within B2B environments. This position is based in our Kansas City offices.

What's The Job?

• Lead, support, and optimize performance of BVA sales team and manufacturer's representatives
• Develop and implement effective national sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
• Track and report sales and goal progress to senior management
• Build and maintain key customer relationships
• Recruit, train, and onboard sales professionals with industrial and technical sales backgrounds
• Identify growth opportunities in key industrial sectors and track competitive developments
• Travel (
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align on customer requirements and market needs
• Provide voice-of-customer insights to support product innovation and operational improvements
• Supports additional projects and company interests as needed
