Molex is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Optical Solutions Business Unit. In this role the successful candidate will be part of a world-class engineering and operations team, contributing to product development, product qualification and production ramp for the next generation of optical transceivers.
This is a critical position in the product development team expected to ensure the co-ordination of the activities of a large, multi-functional and geographically dispersed team. Some travel may be required as needed for the success of the program(s).

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $215,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
