Job Overview – Healthcare Sales Manager (Hybrid) :
Compensation : $115,000 – $135,000 / year
Location : Worcester, MA (Hybrid with Travel)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Our client is seeking a Healthcare Sales Manager in Worcester, MA (Hybrid) to grow referral networks and drive revenue for specialty infusion services. This hybrid role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, providers, and payors, and requires experience in healthcare sales, reimbursement knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities as the Healthcare Sales Manager :
- Referral Generation : Build and grow a network of referral sources through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Territory Development : Deepen relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and payors to maximize business opportunities.
- Internal Coordination : Collaborate with clinical, operational, and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Client-Facing Strategy : Present solutions, assist in contract discussions, and support payer engagement efforts.
- Tracking & Insights : Maintain detailed sales records, monitor market trends, and contribute to internal training and strategy.
Qualifications for the Healthcare Sales Manager :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.Experience : At least 2 years in healthcare sales, ideally in infusion therapy, home health, or related services, with demonstrated business development success.Technical Skills : Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with managed care, reimbursement policies, and referral systems preferred.Skills & Attributes : Strong communicator and relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach and ability to manage long sales cycles.Application Notice : Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
