We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Events Assistant to join our promotional marketing team.
This is a fully in-person position supporting pop-up events and brand activations across New York City.
No remote or hybrid options are available.
What You’ll Do Assist with the setup, breakdown, and daily operation of promotional pop-up events.
Engage with attendees, provide product information, and answer basic questions.
Support the events team in coordinating materials, displays, and booth presentation.
Represent the brand with professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong customer service.
Track attendance, collect basic customer information, and help execute event activities.
Maintain a clean and organized event environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior experience required .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced in-person environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light event setup tasks.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Schedule & Work Environment In-person only — no remote or hybrid options.
Work takes place at various promotional pop-up event locations throughout the city.
Flexible scheduling; some weekends may be required depending on events.
Compensation Competitive entry-level pay structure.
