We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Worker's Compensation VA to support our client in the medical industry. This role involves a combination of administrative and front-office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a medical office and be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities remotely.

Shift Hours : 8 : 30 AM-5 PM PST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate phone calls and calendar schedules using RingCentral and EMR Systems
• Handle patient billing, including invoicing and payment tracking via Square
• Transcribe medical or administrative notes accurately
• Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date patient and office records
• Provide general administrative support as needed
