A company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for North America. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the annual and quarterly field marketing plan in collaboration with sales leadership Design and execute targeted marketing programs to generate new pipeline and influence existing opportunities Plan and manage field marketing activities, including events and campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and ROI Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in field marketing or regional marketing Proven track record of executing successful field marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and program development for each stage Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and strategies Demonstrable experience in planning and managing virtual and in-person events
