Robert Half is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit an experienced Event Project Manager to support AI product marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in planning, managing, and delivering high-impact events that showcase cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Event Project Manager (AI Product Marketing)

Location :   Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract Duration :  5 months

Hours :   40 hours / week

Pay Rate :   $53–$58 / hour

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events and multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and operations, to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, scheduling, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide post-event analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and partners at all levels.
  • Leverage knowledge of AI / ML technologies and AWS services to shape event messaging and positioning (experience in this space is a plus).

Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of program and event management experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated success in executing large-scale events from conception through completion.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
  • Experience with AWS services, particularly in the AI / ML space, is a plus.
