The Bridal and Bridesmaid Stylist plays a key role in delivering a memorable and stress-free shopping experience for brides, bridesmaids, and their loved ones. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Stylists will assist customers in selecting their complete bridal or bridesmaid ensemble while meeting individual sales goals. Customer Experience : Provide exceptional, personalized service to brides, bridesmaids, and other customers, ensuring their experience at Wedding Shoppe Inc. exceeds expectations. Assist customers in selecting wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and other products. Build rapport with customers to understand their unique needs, styles, and preferences. Conduct and manage professional and timely customer appointments, including follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing to the success of the business. Close sales effectively and drive revenue by maintaining a strong understanding of sales metrics. Actively participate in bonus and incentive programs to maximize earnings. 1 sales meetings with managers to review performance, discuss sales strategies, and set goals. 5 activity sessions designed to enhance sales techniques, identify opportunities, and align with team objectives and goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment across the sales floor, dressing rooms, and stock areas. Ensure adherence to Wedding Shoppe Inc.’s policies, procedures, and brand standards. Support inventory management, merchandise ticketing, and other operational tasks as needed. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to create a seamless customer experience. Communicate product knowledge, styling advice, and fashion trends to customers confidently. Partner with supervisors to resolve customer or merchandise-related issues promptly and professionally. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, retail, or bridal sales preferred but not required; training is provided. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to build meaningful connections with customers from diverse backgrounds. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and email). Polite, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Enthusiastic and team-oriented with a positive attitude. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Passion for fashion and creating exceptional customer experiences. Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues I nterpret instructions, reports and information Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds. C limbing stairs throughout the day, and standing / walking for extended periods.
