Providence is calling for Caregiver Health Call Center RN who is willing to work Per Diem - Variable shift with Hybrid setup
In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the CHS Call Center RN is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services, primarily through telephonic and virtual means, and in Caregiver Health Services offices at times. The CHS Center RN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies and protocols and utilizes the tools provided to ensure accuracy of information and direction to our caregiver and core leader customers. Accountable for timely and effective response, management, resolution, escalation of incoming inquiries, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications :
2 years experience as an RN in an acute care or post-acute setting
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
2 years experience as an RN in an acute or post-acute setting
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year experience in an Employee / Occupational Health setting
6 months experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM, technologically savvy

Washington : Western - Except Tukwila : Min : $41.91, Max : $66.33
Washington : Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below : Min : $40.20, Max : $63.64
Washington : Tukwila : Min : $41.91, Max : $66.33
Washington : Eastern : Min : $35.77, Max : $56.63
Washington : South Eastern : Min : $37.48, Max : $59.32
