Duration : 12+ Months contract with possibility of extension and FTE

Shift : Must be able to work ALL shifts. This plant runs 2 shifts (Days / Nights). Shifts are 13 hours. Plant does a standard AWS (2-2-3) which means every other weekend will be required. The schedule involves working two consecutive days, followed by two days off, then working three consecutive days, and having two days off, repeating the cycle to create a 28-day rotation where each employee has a longer weekend every other week

Hours are : DAYS : 5 : 45 AM to 6 : 45 PM NIGHTS : 5 : 45 PM to 6 AM Manage a team of hourly employees around 12 to 15 people, learn about cracker making, and enforce GMP's and PPE's. Drive key metrics on the line and hold employees accountable for there results. Responsible for supervising hourly employees and executing production plans and overall operations of assigned area / shift to include food safety, customer service, cost management, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety and regulatory compliance
