We're looking for a driven Event & Promotions Assistant to help us execute live events, engage with audiences, and promote impactful campaigns on behalf of mission-driven clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in event setup, logistics, and breakdown at promotional sites

Represent brands or nonprofit campaigns at in-store activations, pop-ups, and community events

Engage with attendees , share campaign information, and answer questions

Distribute promotional materials and create positive brand experiences

Track attendee interactions and assist with reporting on event performance

Support outreach and marketing efforts to boost event visibility and engagement

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution

Requirements

We’re looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-facing environments . You’re a great fit if you :

Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enjoy engaging with the public and building rapport quickly

Are dependable, proactive, and eager to learn

Are flexible with scheduling (some evenings / weekends required)

Have a background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or promotions (a plus, not required!)
