Description :
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting TPC products and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will reside in the Indianapolis area in order to make frequent visits to customers in assigned region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with direct manager on opportunities to drive growth and support key business strategies
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TPC products within an industrial environment directly to end user customer
- Develop a territory plan to maximize face time with customers and drive new sales within an assigned territory
- Expand market share in existing and new strategic and high potential accounts
- Forecast future revenue, business development opportunities and market trends within assigned territory
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
