Nurse Practitioner – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP Preferred)

About The Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred) to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated physician to serve a diverse patient population. The Nurse Practitioner will primarily manage existing patients , allowing the physician to focus on new patients requiring procedures . Experience or background in urology is highly desirable.

You’ll play a vital role in providing quality care, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring continuity across visits in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.

Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to an existing panel of patients Conduct routine follow-ups, chronic care management, and preventive services Collaborate with physician on complex cases and escalate when procedural care is needed Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Foster trust and communication with a diverse patient population Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation

Qualifications : Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of California (required) FNP Certification strongly preferred Urology experience a strong plus Minimum of 1 year of NP experience preferred, but open to new grads with strong clinical acumen Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, but not required Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary : $150,000 – $175,000 / year OR 25% of collections (mutually agreed upon — not both) Retention Bonus : $3,000 after 6 months $3,000 after 12 months 401(k) : Matching available (negotiable, as match is not standard for all employees) Health Insurance : Entry-level medical plan for employee fully covered Optional upgrades available for enhanced medical, dental, and vision (employee-paid) Patient Load : 20–40 patients per day (based on experience and efficiency)
