Position Overview :
We’re seeking a motivated and highly skilled Healthcare Recruiter with 3–5+ years of experience recruiting physicians, APPs, and senior-level healthcare leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles, and brings strong industry knowledge to effectively engage and place top healthcare talent.
This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our Gilbert, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare leadership roles.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and digital tools.Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, reference checks, and compensation discussions.Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and recruitment challenges.Present qualified candidates and manage the interview, feedback, and offer process.Use Loxo ATS to track candidate interactions, maintain data integrity, and manage job workflows.Develop sourcing campaigns and strategies for hard-to-fill roles across clinical and leadership specialties.Stay current on healthcare industry trends, licensure requirements, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Qualifications :
3–5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (physicians, APPs, and / or senior leadership required).Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles, administrative roles, and regulatory considerations.Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or specialized healthcare positions.Experience working with an ATS (Loxo experience strongly preferred).Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
