The Training Content Developer will create and manage technical training content for new-hire, ongoing, and ad-hoc training requests for employees providing service in the care organization. Responsibilities include :
Develop and manage content for technical training for in-store staff and call center agentsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of repair standards and processesApply adult learning theory, instructional design, and multiple learning formatsDesign and assemble training materials for SEA products and technologiesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersShare improvements and experiences in troubleshooting and repair techniquesEnsure compliance with company and regulatory guidelinesCore Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programsManage creation and implementation of diverse training methods (hands-on, blended, digital, technical)Identify improvement opportunities and report findings to senior leadershipInnovate engaging training activitiesBuild strong relationships with business partners and internal teamsManage web-based training content within CMS / LMSAnalyze training completion data and identify content improvement opportunitiesBackground / Experience
