Shift : Multiple locations need coverage.

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8-430p, flexible - open to candidate available for : Monday, Thursday, Friday (only).

Scope : Outpatient clinic. PPD : 15-30. Acute Wound Care.

EMR : EPIC

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Wound Care Locum role :

• OH state license; active, unrestricted. DEA, BLS.
• Board Certified
• CV must be formatted with MM / YYYY for all work w / all work and training.
