Overview :

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer with a strong foundation in custom application development, platform best practices, and production support. The ideal candidate will hold an active OutSystems certification (Professional or Expert level) and have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in platform-based development and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build custom applications, workflows, and integrations using the OutSystems platform

Develop responsive UI screens for both desktop and mobile

Lead reactive web development projects using OutSystems

Mentor and support offshore development team members

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

Manage databases, queries, and stored procedures to ensure data integrity

Implement security and compliance standards across all development work

Create and manage custom objects, fields, and components within OutSystems

Integrate APIs to extend platform functionality

Provide user training and support to drive adoption of new solutions

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of experience as an OutSystems Developer

OutSystems Certification – Professional or Expert level required

Proficient in OutSystems platform components including user / data management, reporting, and security

Solid experience in Reactive Web Development

Familiarity with .NET programming as a secondary skill

Proficient in SQL – including queries and stored procedures

Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting global / offshore teams

Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end development projects
