ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and service delivery.Manage and maintain the existing sales pipeline, driving new business opportunities and partnerships.Supervise and manage a team of 70+ field technicians, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring efficient operations and quality control.Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines, budgets, and goals.Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and safety compliance.Review and analyze project costs, progress, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication, resolve issues, and set goals for team members.Review performance metrics, conduct 90-day and annual reviews, and provide coaching to employees.Develop and manage key client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the alignment of operational resources to sales forecasts and new opportunities.Enforce and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and industry regulations.CUSTOMER SERVICE :

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.Previous experience managing a large team (70+ people) and working with operational pipelines.Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, including weekends.Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.Consent to a background check and drug screening.High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.90,000 - $110,000
