Manager, Data & Analytics (Mergers & Acquisitions)

West Monroe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Data & Analytics practice focused on Mergers & Acquisitions . In this role you will play a critical part in managing and executing the data-related aspects of carve-out and integration transactions ensuring seamless separation migration and integration of data assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data management data architecture and M&A processes coupled with exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Pre-Close Carve-Out & Integration Strategy and Planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. business applications infrastructure cybersecurity) to develop and execute a comprehensive carve-out / integration strategy for data-related projects.
• Assess the target entitys data environment including data architecture data management reporting and advanced analytics to identify dependencies and risks.
• Define the scope timeline and resource requirements for data carve-out and integration initiatives.
• Inform TSA discussions and negotiations around the data and analytics perimeter.

Qualifications

Based on pay transparency guidelines the salaryrange for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package including our bonus structure and benefits is here . Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography experience skills education and internal equity.
