  • Providebest-in- classservicetoourTFLretailandprivate - labelcustomersthroughallavailablemeansofcommunication
  • WorkinthePoint-of- Salesystemtoassistcustomersonticketpurchasesanddelivery
  • Deliverindustry- leadingcustomerexperiencewithtone,empathy,confidence,andattentiontodetail
  • Developandcreatesolutionstocustomerissuesefficientlyandeffectively.
  • ExecuteCRMstrategy,effectivelymaximizingHubSpotcapabilities
  • UtilizeCustomerRelationshipManagementtoolsforrecordingcustomercommunicationandinteractions.Ensuringproperproceduresforallinteractions
  • Workcollaborativelywithotherteammemberstoachievedepartmentalandcompanygoals.
  • Activelycontributeideasandpotentialimprovementstoteammembersandmanagement.
  • Proactivelyengageinprotectingcompanyassetsthroughvigorousfraudpreventionandcashhandingprocedures,activelyassessingcreditcardmisuseorabuse

Qualifications :

  • Bachelorsdegreeinarelatedfieldpreferred
  • Musthaveapassionforsportsand / orliveentertainment
  • Retail,travel,event,sportsorliveentertainmentexperienceconsideredaplus
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Self- motivation,attentiontodetailandstrongorganizationalskillsrequired
  • Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminagroupsetting
