Mandatory NICU Training : All therapists will receive required training for our Level 3 NICU - Multi-Specialty Exposure. Growth-Oriented : Be a mentor, trainer, and leader within the department. You'll precept new staff and help shape future respiratory professionals. Multi-Specialty Exposure : From ICU and PACU to PFTs, ENGs, and complete diagnostic testing—you’ll use the full range of your skills here. Diagnostic testing (treadmills, complete PFTs) ABG machine maintenance Hemodynamics & special procedures Procedures in ICU, PACU, and more Treatment across all age groups—newborn to geriatric Knowledge of ventilators & patient hemodynamics A passion for clinical excellence and mentoring Comfort working in high-acuity environments Strong aseptic and infection control practices Excellent customer service and basic computer skills Education : Completion of an accredited 2-year respiratory therapy program (CRT / RRT eligible) Licensure : Licensed RRT in the State of Arizona Certifications : BLS (required); ACLS, PALS, NRP within 12 months Experience : Minimum : 2 years of respiratory experience Preferred : Acute care / ICU, hemodynamics, PFT, cardiology, and precepting Sign-On bonus
