This individual repairs, maintains, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Third Grade Stationary License Status from city of Houston. Must be attained within one year of eligibility. Eligibility is NOT defined by hire date

3+ years of experience in commercial office building or medical office or similar environment

Maintain knowledge state, local and federal building codes and ordinances

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Computer skills

Solid knowledge of MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP operating systems

Solid knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
