Senior Aviation Inspector
KEITH is hiring a Senior Aviation Inspector to join the construction management team on a $300M capital improvement project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). This role will focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across building and aviation-related infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee building construction within the aviation environment including terminal expansions, support facilities, and airside / landside structures.
- Perform inspections to verify compliance with contract documents, FAA standards, and airport authority requirements.
- Coordinate with airport operations to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing passenger and airline activities.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of work, and adherence to approved materials and methods.
- Prepare daily inspection reports, deficiency notices, and project correspondence.
- Support testing, commissioning, and closeout activities.
- Provide technical input on construction issues, potential conflicts, and schedule challenges.
