About The Position

Description :

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled home health care to patients.

Must have at least 1 year of experience in the home health specialty.

The RN will see 6 patients per day, managing their care effectively.

Responsibilities include wound care management, pain assessment, and communication of patient status changes to the healthcare team.

Vital sign monitoring and medication teaching will also be part of the role.

The RN will handle pharmacy calls and patient refill requests as needed.

Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with patients and healthcare providers.

Experience with electronic charting systems is required.

Maintaining infection control standards is a critical part of the position.

Candidates must be capable of managing multiple patients while ensuring high-quality care.
