Senior Agile Technical Project Manager

Focus Areas : Retail, Digital Marketplaces, Loyalty & Promotions, External Partner Management

About The Role

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the retail space? We’re looking for a Senior Agile Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives—especially those focused on loyalty programs and promotional campaigns that directly shape customer engagement and brand loyalty.

In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional project management. You’ll be a strategic partner, a problem-solver, and a delivery expert who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring cutting-edge digital experiences to life across our global retail ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Agile Delivery : Drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies, with a focus on loyalty and promotions initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and third-party vendors—ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
• Project Execution : Plan, estimate, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues with clarity and urgency.
• Process Excellence : Ensure adherence to project governance, development standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Digital Expertise : Oversee projects involving front-end development, content management systems, and customer-facing retail technologies.
• Communication & Influence : Present project updates to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams to drive results.
