job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoordinate and maintain daily / weekly caregiver schedules Communicate with clients and families to understand care needs and preferences Match appropriate caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, and availability Monitor caregiver attendance and follow up on missed or late visits Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, care plans, and shift documentation Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers Respond promptly to client or caregiver concerns and escalate issues as needed Track and ensure caregiver compliance with certifications, trainings, and documentation Clerical, or office experience required (Administrative, healthcare or caregiving industry experience is a plus!) The Care Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between clients, caregivers, and office staff. This role involves managing client schedules, maintaining up-to-date care plans, supporting caregiver placement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
