Job Description

We are seeking a strong communicator and brand-driven designer to support our Sales, Marketing, and Training teams through visually compelling and clearly written content and designs. This role requires someone who understands the power of great design and clear messaging and knows how to combine these skills to create effective marketing materials.  From building internal training decks and external sales presentations to crafting brand-aligned copy for flyers, social posts, and catalogs, this position plays a key role in shaping how our Company and each of its brands present themselves consistently across all channels.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented team member to craft compelling visual and written content that engages varied and multiple audiences, strengthens our brand, and supports business objectives. This role combines storytelling with design expertise to deliver high-quality marketing assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts writer and designer—able to turn complex information into clear, visually appealing materials that resonate with target audiences.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design or related field, preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or marketing communications

  • Experience partnering with executives, sales teams, and marketing professionals to align messaging across departments
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; skilled in both visual and written content creation
  • Proficient in graphic design with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or equivalent design applications.
  • Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva and Keynote
  • Experience developing content for Sales, Marketing, or Training, with an emphasis on clarity and visual appeal
  • Ability to adapt brand voice and identity across multiple brands and formats for varied audiences
  • Confident copywriting skills for email, social media, and product marketing
  • High attention to detail and consistency in branding, layout, and tone
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across departments
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or creative production for product teams is a plus
