OPEN ROLE :

We are looking to hire a Part Time Fitness Coach to join our team of All-Star coaches. Ideal candidate is experienced in personal training or group training, and ready to bring the energy needed to deliver a quality workout to our members! We seek fitness professionals who are focused and driven to excel and seek opportunities to grow and learn. Our need is for weekday midday and evening sessions as well as occasional weekends.

COMPENSATION :

  • 25 - $65 per class (tiered pay dependent on number of members in a class)
  • Free OTF membership
  • Paid Time Off

    • CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • AED / CPR certified
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness :

    • ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF
