What you’ll do

The Payroll Administrator will manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of pay. This includes preparing, reviewing, and reconciling payroll data, verifying pay computations and deductions, processing tax and benefit contributions, and maintaining up-to-date employee records. The employee will also coordinate payroll changes with HR, assist with audits, handle reimbursements, and respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries.

The ideal Payroll Administrator possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and regulations. You will have experience managing payroll processes, handling confidential information, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in data entry, communication, and problem-solving is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A background in accounting or finance, along with familiarity with payroll legislation and systems, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
