Veterans Case Manager

Are you passionate about serving those who’ve served our country? Staffmark is hiring a Veterans Case Manager to support the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. In this role, you’ll provide outreach and direct services to homeless veterans and veterans at risk of homelessness, working to connect them with critical resources, housing support, and long-term stability.

You’ll work closely with clients, their families, and service providers, traveling within a 26-county region to ensure veterans receive the care and opportunities they deserve. Your knowledge of community resources, case management practices, and ability to coordinate with partner agencies will help transform lives.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Pay : Responsibilities :

• Provide case management and outreach services for veterans in need
• Collaborate with State, County, Federal agencies, and local service providers
• Support homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing efforts
• Attend program trainings and staff development sessions
