Experience : Minimum 2+ years of Pediatric OR experience required

License : DC License is required

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have :

• No background or license hits
• Photo submission required upon signing

Description :

DC license is required.

Must have 2+ years of Pediatric OR experience.

4x10s or 2x12 / 2x8 shifts, no holidays.

Absolutely no background or license hits accepted.

If offered and accepted, a current photo is required upon signing.

The photo should be facing forward, with full face frame in front of a plain background.

Properly crop the photo from just above the top of the head to the collarbone.

No hats, sunglasses, or other people in the frame.

Exceptions for head coverings for religious reasons can be made.

The photo should be high resolution and in color.

All submittals go to the clinical team for review.

References strongly preferred and must be available upon request.

Compliance is due the Monday prior to the start.

This is a non-smoking facility with zero tolerance for smoking.

No license or background hits will be tolerated.

Modules are not billable and must be completed prior to orientation.

Travelers who have held previous employment must be gone a minimum of 1 year to return.
