Home Care Aide / Certified Nurse Assistant

$$$16.00 / AN HOUR

We are beginning IMMEDIATE interviews today with Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced Home Health Aides, Caregivers who will provide in-home care for our client in Ravenna, MI

$16.00 per hour
24-36 hours per week. 2 to 3 DAY shifts.
24-36 hours per week 2 to 3 NIGHT shifts.
7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am

Job Duties :

Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and conducts Range of Motion exercise.

Assists patients with gait belt transfers.

Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks.

Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Records patient information by making electronic charting entries; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions. (We will train you! ... it's easy!)

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures; maintaining security precautions; following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards;

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications :

Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Nursing Skills, Health Care Administration, Patient Services, Verbal Communication, Listening, Training , Dependability, Emotional Control, Medical Teamwork working beside LPN Skilled Nurse Team
