About Us :

We are a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, uncontested probate and real estate closings. We are dedicated to providing personalized legal services to our clients (a corrective legal experience, if you will). As the first associate in our practice (so exciting!), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm while working closely with our founding attorney (me!) and gaining hands-on experience in the field. We have 8 paralegals that support the office and a robust client management tool that supports the back office. We are looking for a client facing role.

What You'll Do :

This is a client facing position - meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Review the drafted wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. The paralegals gather the client information and draft the documents.

Explain and execute the estate plan to clients to ensure that they feel comfortable with their estate plans.

Collaborate with the founding attorney on various estate planning matters.

Participate in client meetings and educational seminars.

Support the firm's growth through proactive involvement in marketing and networking initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and passed the FL bar exam.

Strong interest in estate planning.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Must be a "people" person.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• This is an in-person position. Every day, 9 to 5 and Monday to Friday. We are not looking for hybrid or part-time or anything other than a full time gig in a traditional office.
