As a Screener in a dynamic logistics and distribution environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. By remaining visible and approachable, you will provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Perform screening of individuals, vehicles, and / or packages as required to help to deter unauthorized access and prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Assist with the enforcement of access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of screening activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and client protocols.
