Human Resources Manager

This role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist or HR Manager who is confident, organized and comfortable operating both independently and cross-functionally. The HR Manager plays a central role in supporting the organization's people, culture, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and offboarding
Serve as primary support partner for all internal departments
Serve as an approachable and reliable resource for employees
Review and update employee handbooks and processes
Assist with annual enrollment periods
Support mentoring, training, and employee development initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years of HR Generalist experience or 3-5 years HR experience overall
Must be confident and able to learn quickly
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in nonprofit or similar industries is a plus
