We’re looking for a Personal Banker who thrives on helping others, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. This role reports directly to our Branch Manager and opens the door to incredible opportunities for both personal and professional development.

What You’ll Do :

Sales Dynamo – Be the face of our credit union as you promote and deliver our full range of deposit and loan products. From processing transactions to guiding members through financial solutions, you’ll help them achieve their goals.

Customer Care Champion – Make every interaction count by providing friendly, responsive, and professional support—whether in person, over the phone, or online.

Relationship Builder – Create meaningful connections with members by assisting with new accounts, sharing your knowledge, and being their trusted go-to resource.

Performance Pro – Handle financial service functions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance while always keeping the member experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Table :

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge : Understanding of Teller policies, Credit Union operations, and financial services.

Experience : Six months to two years of experience in a similar role.

Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and public relations skills. Bonus points for bilingual Spanish proficiency!

Additional Information

Compensation & Rewards :

22.50 – $24.50 per hour
