Job Description
Develop business test cases from high level requirements
Document business requirements and execute business processes and procedures
Write business test cases and validate test results
Interact and communicate with both business and technical personnel to solve business challenges
Manage projects independently and as a part of the team
Perform User Acceptance Testing
Identify and Develop processes and process improvements
Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with Business Rules Logic and testing of business rules
Ability to understand, test, and document change
Familiarity with complex testing environments
Familiarity working with external vendors to implement change
Working knowledge with SQL and pulling data from large and complex data sources
Experience working with audit teams
Ability to build standard regression test suites
Working knowledge of HP Quality Center and DOORS
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree preferred
5 plus years of experience in change management or business process redesign work
Strong change management experience
Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market
Ability to manage organized meetings with clear purpose and well defined takeaways
