Licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist to manage daily operational tasks and customer queries related to customs clearance for cross-border shipments. Key Responsibilities Verify completeness of information and prepare import documentation for timely release and delivery of orders Submit documentation to regulatory agencies and ensure accuracy of commercial documentation and charges Collaborate with service providers and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and meet KPI targets Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import / export operations, or data entry / data administration Basic knowledge of Excel, including navigation and functions Ability to work 40 hours / week, including overtime as required Experience in accurate data entry and analysis High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
