Responsibilities
Assist pipefitters, plumbers, and HVAC technicians with material handling and tool preparationLoad and unload trucks, transport materials to work areasPerform site cleanup and maintain organized work zonesOperate basic hand tools and assist with equipment setupHelp with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials as directedFollow all safety protocols and wear required PPEParticipate in daily safety meetings and training sessionsSupport quality control through attention to detail and following instructionsRequirements
Must-Haves
High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditionsReliable transportation to job sitesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow directions and work as part of a teamBasic math skillsNice-to-Haves
Previous construction or warehouse experienceOSHA 10 certificationFamiliarity with hand and power toolsBilingual English / SpanishCompensation & Logistics
