Virtual Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data records and supporting the smooth operation of various customer support functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills in English and excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in every task.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and update customer information and data records with precision.
• Verify data accuracy and identify any inconsistencies for correction.
• Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects and customer inquiries.
• Ensure proper categorization and organization of data for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Handle data entry tasks in compliance with company policies and privacy standards.
• Streamline data entry workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Customer Support team by providing accurate data and insights when required.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote (Seattle, Washington, US))
