Clinic / Practice Assistant, Multispecialty

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic / Practice Assistant to serve as the face of our medical group and play a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception / administrative support side.

Job functions will include a blend of check-in / check-out, managing phones, and administrative support, which will rotate on a weekly basis.

We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

The schedule consists of 4,10-hour days (Monday through Friday) from 7 : 30am to 6 : 00pm.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred

Experience
